The Company LAMDA DETERGENT S.A announces that the Company FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V., shareholder of the Company LAMDA DETERGENT S.A, with its disclosure as of 2.3.2007, informed that on 12.2.2007 it proceeded with the purchase of shares of the above company and as a result its participation on LAMDA DETERGENT S.A on total voting rights amounted from 8.76% to 12.60% with corresponding change on its participation on the total shares of the company. According to its statement, the Company FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V. holds the above shares on behalf of FORTIS OBAM customer.
