According to the provisions of Presidential Decree 51/1992 and following the notification that we have received from Mr. Anthony Athanassoglou on June 13th, 2007, Proton Bank S.A. hereby informs the investors' public that on June 12th , 2007 the following change was effected:
Before the change Mr. Athanassoglou held 4,93 % of the voting rights corresponding to 3.087.467 shares of Proton Bank S.A.
After the change, his percentage rose to 5,005 % corresponding to 3.137.467 common registered shares of the total share capital of Proton Bank which amounts to 62.683.822 common registered shares.
