According to the provisions of Presidential Decree 51/1992 and following the notification that we have received from Morgan Stanley on March 2nd 2007, Proton Bank S.A. hereby informs the investors'' public that on February 26th, 2007 the following change was effected:
Morgan Stanley and Co International Ltd, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, held 4,916% of the voting rights corresponding to 3.081.377 shares of Proton Bank S.A.
After the change, the percentage of voting rights rose to 5,075% corresponding to 3.181.377 common registered shares.
Morgan Stanley and Co. Incorporated New York, another subsidiary company of Morgan Stanley owns 0,039% of the voting rights, corresponding to 24.509 shares of Proton Bank S.A. and this remained unchanged.
Consequently, the parent company Morgan Stanley, by means of its two aforementioned subsidiaries, owned 4,955% of the total number of voting rights of Proton Bank corresponding to 3.105.886 common registered shares, whereas after the change this percentage rose to 5,114% corresponding to 3.205.886 common registered shares of Proton Bank. The total share capital of Proton Bank amounts to 62.683.822 common registered shares.
