CORINTH PIPEWORKS S.A. announces that its General Manager Mr. Sarados Milios has resigned from its duties and from the Board of Directors of the company. Mr. Milios will be appointed Chief Executive Officer of the parent company, SIDENOR S.A.
The company''s Board of Directors has elected Mr. Andreas Adamopoulos as a new non executive member to replace Mr. Milios, while Mr. Christophoros Catsambas has been appointed General Manager of the company.
