The shareholder Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP with its letter of 2.5.2007 has notified Forthnet S.Α. of the change in the percentages of its shares and voting rights to the latter''s share capital from 2.36% to 7.12% out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. after the purchase of 1,835,000 common registered shares with voting rights on the 27th April 2007. As a result, Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP participates directly by a percentage of 7.12% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 2,745,984 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares.
