The Company LAMDA DETERGENT S.A announces, based on the disclosure received from FORTIS OBAM as of 29.03.2007 that after the purchase of shares of the aforementioned company, on account of the company FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V. on 12.02.2007, the total amount of its participation on the total voting rights of the company''s LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. was increased from 8.76% to 12.60%. This percentage resulted from an adjustment based on par. 1 of article No. 7 of the PD 51/1992, of the company''s FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V. participation, i.e. 12.60%. The percentage of the direct participation of FORTIS OBAM on the company''s total number of shares, remained unchanged i.e. 0%.
