It is hereby notified pursuant to P.D. 51/1992, that
1. The shareholder Nοvator Equities Ltd with its letter of 30.4.2007 has notified Forthnet S.Α. of the change in the percentages of its shares and voting rights to the latter''s share capital from 21.01% to 10.21% out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. after the sale of 4,163,383 common registered shares with voting rights during the meeting of the A.S.E. on the 27th April 2007. As a result, Novator Equities Ltd participates directly by a percentage of 5.89% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which (percentage corresponds to 2,269,068 common registered shares with voting rights, and indirectly through Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 4.32% to the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 1,665,000 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares.
2. The company Novator One Limited Partnership with its letter of 30.4.2007 has notified Forthnet S.A. and on the basis of the interpretation by the HCMC with respect to the articles 3, 4, 5 , 7(b) and 8 par. 1(a) of P.D. 51/1992 (as expressed in the letter of HCMC with protocol number 2982/11-7-2006 addressed to Novator One Limited Partnership ), that its percentage of voting rights has been changed from 21.01% to 10.21% out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. through the sale by Novator Equities Ltd of 4,163,383 common registered shares with voting rights issued by Forthnet S.A. on the 27th April 2007. As a result, Novator One Limited Partnership participates indirectly through Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 10.21% of Forthnet S.A. share capital which corresponds to 3,934,068 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares.
3. The company Novator Cayman Limited with its letter of 30.4.2007 notified Forthnet S.A. and on the basis of the interpretation by the HCMC with respect to the articles 3, 4, 5, 7(b) and 8 par. 1(a) of P.D. 51/1992 (as expressed in the letter of HCMC with protocol number 2982/11-7-2006), that its percentage of voting rights has been changed from 21.01% to 10.21% out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. through the Companies Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S through the sale by Novator Equities Ltd of 4,163,383 common registered shares with voting rights issued by Forthnet S.A. on the 27th April 2007. As a result, Novator Cayman Limited participates indirectly through the companies Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 10.21% to Forthnet S.A share capital which corresponds to 3,934,068 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares.
4. Bjorgolfur Thor Biorgolfsson with a letter of 30.4.2007 notified Forthnet S.Α. and on the basis of the interpretation by the HCMC with respect to the articles 3, 4, 5, 7(b) and 8 par. 1(a) of P.D. 51/1992 (as expressed in the letter of HCMC with protocol number 2982/11-7-2006), that its percentage of voting rights has been changed from 21.01% to 10.21% out of a total of 38,540,682 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. through the companies Novator Cayman Limited, Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S through the sale by Novator Equities Ltd of 4,163,383 common registered shares with voting rights issued by Forthnet S.A. on the 27th April 2007. As a result, Bjorgolfur Thor Biorgolfsson participates indirectly through Novator Cayman Limited, Novator One Limited Partnership, Novator Equities Ltd and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S by a percentage of 10.21% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 3,934,068 common registered shares with voting rights out of a ttal of 38,540,682 common registered shares.
