In compliance with P.D. 51/1992 and the Regulation of ASE, our shareholder Morgan Stanley and Co. has informed us that its participation to SIDENOR SA has increased to 7.532%, after the purchase of 6.000.000 shares of SIDENOR on May 11th 2007 (currently 7,231,851 shares
