MICHANIKI S.A. announces that it will republish its selective financial data for the period January1st, 2007 to March31st ,2007 in the following newspapers CHRIMA TRITI on Tuesday May29th,2007 and KATHIMERINI on Wednesday May30th,2007 due to differences on published selective financial data as of May24th,2007.
The differences pertain to:
1. In the table 1.4 "cash flow statement" and specifically in the abbreviated line item "Depreciation/(depreciation of grants)" which in the republish is analyzed in two lines a) Depreciation b) (Depreciation of grants). No subtotal is changed by the reclassification.
2. In the table "additional data information" in the 7th note is wrongly referred as comparative period January 1st ,2006 to March 31st ,2006 against the right period which is January 1st ,2006 to December 31st ,2006.
