The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses according to article 14 law 3556, that after a relevant disclosure it received from the company SANTANDER INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A. as of July, 18 2007, that on the 5th of July 2007 the company SANTANDER INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A., proceeded with the sale of shares of the company ALAPIS S.A., and as a result its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 8.200.361 to 7.960.361 and the percentage on total voting rights of the above company changed from 5,017% σε 4,870%.
