Forthnet, Greece's leading alternative broadband provider, announces that on July 27th 2007 it has been notified by the National Regulating Authority, EETT, of its decision to impose a fine amounting to ευρώ 350,000 on Forthnet for alleged breach of Licensing Regulation, related to carrier-preselect and ULL. Forthnet believes that these allegations are groundless and intends to request their annulment to the relevant courts of law.
