The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses that Mr. Lavrentis Lavrentiadis, the main shareholder and president of the Board of Directors of the company ALAPIS S.A. with his letter 3489/26.06.2007 to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, disclosed that on 25.06.2007 he disposed shares of the above company and as a result his direct and total participation stake on the total voting rights of the company ALAPIS S.A. is reduced from 52.58% to 40.59%, with a corresponding change of his participation stake on the total number of the company's shares.
