According to the stipulations of article 13 par. 2 of Law 3340/2005, we notify that on July 20th, 2007, Mr. Dimitrios Hountas, shareholder, General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of the company, made transaction on the share of the company and particularly proceed in the sale of 2.170 common registered shares of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., with a total value of Euro 55.965,02.
