Α. MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD advised the Capital Market Committee and the Issuer that, following the share capital increase of MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., its participation on the total share capital and voting rights of the Issuer was reduced from 96.877% to 6.428%.
Β. DUBAI GROUP LIMITED advised the Capital Market Committee and the Issuer that it had acquired 75,283,582 shares of MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., representing 9.0704% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights. Prior to that, DUBAI GROUP LIMITED did not hold shares or voting rights of the Issuer.
Β. DUBAI GROUP LIMITED advised the Capital Market Committee and the Issuer that it had acquired 75,283,582 shares of MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., representing 9.0704% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights. Prior to that, DUBAI GROUP LIMITED did not hold shares or voting rights of the Issuer.
