We announce to you, according to P.D. 51/1992, that EUROMEDICA SA by its fax letter advised us today, that on March 13th .2007 purchased shares of our Company and as a result its participation percentage, was changed from 3.596% to 5.048% of the total voting rights of the Company IASO SA.
