We inform you that DEUTSCHE BANK AG, with its notification, informed us that on 18.04.2006 its subsidiary companies DWS INVESTMENT GmbH and DWS POLSKA TFI SA proceeded in transactions of ordinary shares of INTRALOT, resulting to an increase of the holdings of DEUTSCHE BANK AG and its subsidiary companies in the ordinary shares of INTRALOT, from 4.87% to 5.01%. The total holding rate (5.01%) concerns the participations of the following companies: DEUTSCHE BANK AG (0,01%), DEUTSCHE ASSET MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT GmbH (0,001%), DWS INVESTMENT GmbH (4,97%), DWS INVESTMENT (Austria) GmbH (0,01%) και DWS POLSKA TFI SA (0,02%).
