NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., discloses that the company COMMERZBANK AG with its amendment of notification as of 30.06.2006 to the company, disclosed that on 23.06.2006 it proceeded with the purchase of shares of the company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. and as a result:
a) its share of direct participation changed from 0.07% to 0.038%,
b) its share of indirect participation through its subsidiary COMINVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH as per articles 7 and 8 p.d.51/92, changed from 4.50% to 5.31% and
c) its total share of participation to the company's voting rights changed from 4.57% to 5.34%.
