The Company announces that Angeliki Frangou, George Kintis, Panagiotis Alexakis and George Minettas were elected as new members of the Board of Directors in substitution of resigning members. At the same time Alexandra Stavropoulou and Panagiotis Alexakis were appointed as new independent, non-executive members of the BoD, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3016/2002. Further to the above, the Board of Directors of the Bank has been formed as follows:

The term of office of the members of the BoD, in accordance with article 9 of the Articles of Association of the Company, is three (3) years, starting from the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 23.09.2005.
