Within the framework of the obligation stipulated by article 8 of decision No. 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, we would like to hereby inform you that our shareholder Mrs Ioanna Arvaniti informed us, with her letter dated 24 November 2006, that on 23 November 2006 she proceeded in the sale of 917,700 common registered shares that correspond to 2.144% of our company''s share capital. Following this transaction Mrs. Arvaniti''s percentage decreased to 17.875% from 20.019%.
