Pursuant to articles 276 and 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 4 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992, we announce that the company VERSIO INVESTMENT LIMITED, as well as Mr. Athos Fouttis, who is the indirect owner of the 100% of the VERSIO INVESTMENT LIMITED shares and voting rights, informed us that on Thursday the 16th of November, 2006 it transferred 100.000 common registered shares with voting rights of the company DELTA PROJECT S.A. (the "Company"). Following the above transfer its percentage of voting rights in the Company is currently 4,30%, from 5,10% that it possessed on the 15th of November, 2006 , i.e. its percentage of voting rights in the Company is below 5% of the aggregate voting rights in the Company. As a consequence the shareholding participation of VERSIO INVESTMENT LIMITED, and indirectly that of Mr. Athos Fouttis, in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company following the aforementioned transfer , is equal to a percentage of 4,30% corresponding to 537.532 common registered shares with voting rights, versus a percentage of 5,10% which corresponded to 637.532 common registered shares with voting rights that it owned before the transfer. VERSIO INVESTMENT LIMITED participation in the share capital and the voting rights of the Company is completely direct, whereas Mr. Athos Fouttis participation is completely indirect.
