The company LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. after being informed on 21.12.2006 by the company BESTINVER GESTION SGIIC SA, discloses that after the purchase by the company SANTANDER INVESTMENT SERVICES SA of LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. shares to which it proceeded on 26.03.2006, on the account of BESTINVER GESTION SGIIC SA, the total share of participation of the company BESTINVER GESTION SGIIC SA on the total voting rights of the abovementioned company according to article 7 of P.D. 51/1992, rose respectively from 0% to 6.428%, while its direct participation on the total voting rights and shares of the company remained null.
