Following the announcement as of 13/11/2006 with regard to "KENTFORD LIMITED" company"s action at 07/11/2006 versus "CON. CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A. " CARDICO", the Board of Directors of CARDICO decided to move on to the submission of indictment against Mr. Dimitrios Zisis, representative of "KENTFORD LIMITED", for blackmail in the degree of felony, fraud in the degree of felony, false pretenses and slanderous libel of Societe Anonyme. In addition, CARDICO subjects to claim for compensations before the Urban Courts.
