Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3566/2007)
05 February 2008 - DEUTSCHE BANK informed the Company in writing on 04.02.2008 that on 31.01.2008 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, DEUTSCHE BANK and subsidiaries own 4.96% of the share capital of HELEX.
