Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

28 December 2007 - MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company in writing on 27.12.2007 that on 20.12.2007 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned purchase, MORGAN STANLEY owns indirectly 5.02% of the share capital of HELEX.
