Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

20 November 2009 - CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY informed the Company in writing on 19.11.2009 that on 18.11.2009 it acquired common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY indirectly holds 5.048% of the share capital of HELEX (from 4.924% before the transaction).
