17 June 2008 ? MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK informed the Company in writing on 16.06.2008 that on 10.06.2008 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK indirectly holds 5.038% of the share capital of HELEX (from 3.610% before the transaction).
