Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3566/2007)

17 April 2008 ? STICHTING PENSIOENFONDS ABP informed the Company in writing on 17.04.2008 that on 16.04.2008 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, STICHTING PENSIOENFONDS ABP owns directly 6.27% (from 4.28% before the relevant transaction) of the share capital of HELEX.
