Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3566/2007)

26 September 2008 ? MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company in writing on 25.09.2008 that on 19.09.2008 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, MORGAN STANLEY indirectly holds 4.840% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.091% before the transaction).
