Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)
23 September 2009 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Ergasias notified it:
a) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 01.09.2009 60,000 common registered shares with a total value of 497,962 euro;
b) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 04.09.2009 70,000 common registered shares with a total value of 564,001 euro;
c) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 07.09.2009 100,000 common registered shares with a total value of 819,812 euro;
d) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 08.09.2009 70,000 common registered shares with a total value of 578,201 euro;
e) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 09.09.2009 50,000 common registered shares with a total value of 405,755 euro;
f) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 10.09.2009 25,000 common registered shares with a total value of 201,833 euro;
g) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 11.09.2009 25,000 common registered shares with a total value of 200,322 euro;
h) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 18.09.2009 50,000 common registered shares with a total value of 405,640 euro;
i) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 22.09.2009 25,000 common registered shares with a total value of 203,913 euro;
j) on 23.09.2009 that it sold on 23.09.2009 1,280,761 common registered shares with a total value of 9,989,936 euro.
