Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)
31 January 2011 - APG ALGEMENE PENSIOEN GROEP NV informed the Company in writing on 31.01.2011 that on 28.01.2011 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, APG ALGEMENE PENSIOEN GROEP NV directly holds 4.90% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.25% before the transaction).
