Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)
18 May 2012 - FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS CORP informed the Company in writing on 17.05.2012 that on 15.05.2012 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS CORP indirectly holds 4.36% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.02% before the transaction).
