Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007)

12  October 2016 - Hellenic Exchanges ? Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX, stock symbol: EXAE) informs investors that, in implementation of the share buyback program approved by the Annual General Meeting of 20.05.2015, it purchased on 11.10.2016 26,100 common registered EXAE shares with a voting right.

Following the abovementioned transaction, ATHEX holds 5.03% of its share capital (from 4.99% before the transaction).
