TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors, that, following the cancellation of 4.209.070 treasury shares, on October 24, 2013 and the acquisition  of gratis shares, at a ratio of 1 new share towards 25 existing shares, in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting held on 25/7/2013, the Company possesses now 532,515 treasury shares  thus 0.4871% of the share capital.

It is noted that the voting rights corresponding to the 532,515 common registered treasury shares are suspended, in compliance with article 16 par. 8 of Codified Law 2190/1920.
