By the present announcement we would like to inform you, regarding Mr. Dionisios Rorris's resignation from the position of Managing Director of the company & Vice President of our Company's Board of Directors, on 23rd May 2007.
Company's Board of Directors thanks Mr. Rorris for his cooperation and his contribution during the last years that had the responsibility of Managing the company.
The Company's Board of Directors during its meeting on May 23rd, 2007, elected Mr Leonidas Kolioulis as Vice president of the Board of Directors, in replacement of Mr Dionisios Rorris, and the election will be submitted for approval by the next General Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
Mr Leonidas Kolioulis also undertakes the position of Managing Director of P.G. NIKAS SA from 22nd May, 2007, under the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Kolioulis is Chemical of University of Athens, has worked for Coca Cola 3E Group in several positions in Greece and abroad. For the period 2001-2004 was General Manager of Greece. During the period 2005-2007 was Managing Director of Interbeton SA., subsidiary company of Titan Group.
