The company EXPERT PURCHASING S.A., which is legally represented by Mr.Kouskouridas Michael, Chairman & C.E.O. of the company, announced to the company and the HCMC that on 28/7/2005 purchased 9,830 common voting shares of the listed company IKONA & IHOS S.A.. As a result, its holding percentage on the total number of voting rights of the listed company increased from 4.919% on 22/7/2005 (i.e. 256,540 on the total 5,215,000 common voting shares) to 5.108% (i.e. 266,370 on the total of 5,215,000 common voting shares).
