According to article 2 of the Capital Market Commission’s Decision 3/347/12-7-2005, ATEbank announces that Mr Stamatios Dritsas is taking over as  Head of the Internal Audit Division, since 01/09/2011. Furthermore, the duties of the Internal Auditor have been assigned to Mr. Stamatios Dritsas, according to the provisions of L. 3016/2002.
