Trastor REIC, pursuant to provisions of article 10 of L.3340/2005, article 2 of decision 3/347/2005 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission and paragraph 4.1.3.6 of ASE Rulebook, informs the investing public that according to the BoD's decision dated May 18, 2015, Ms Katerina Maniati is appointed as Internal Audit Head in replacement of Ms Maria Papasika.
