06 June 2016 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A. informs investors that, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, as amended by Law 4374/2016 (Government Gazette A' 50/01.04.2016), the home member state of the Company is GREECE, and the regulating authority is the HELLENIC CAPITAL MARKET COMMISSION.
