Notification of change of board of director's composition

Autohellas SA would like to inform the public that in replacement of the resigned member of the BoD mr Ioannis Protopapadakis, the board has elected Mrs. Antonia Dimitrakopoulou as an executive member of the BoD, until the end of its term on the 30^th of June 2017.

The above replacement will be validated on the next ordinary or extra ordinary shareholders meeting.                            

Mrs. Antonia Dimitrakopoulou holds the position of the financial manager in Autohellas since October 2013.

In view of the above the Board of Directors was reincorporated in accordance to article 3 , par.1 of codified law 3016/2002 as follows:
