Notification of change in the Composition of the Board of Directors

The management of ELLAKTOR Group, pursuant to the provisions of Decision No 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Law 3016/2002, as in force, and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, would like to inform its investors that following the sudden death of  Loukas Giannakoulis, member of the Group's Board of Directors, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and the relevant legislation, the Board of Directors may continue to hold valid meetings, whereas it will issue a notification with regard to any change in its composition.
