NOTIFICATION OF DIVIDEND EX-DATE / DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Fais Holdings S.A. announces, in accordance with article 4.1.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 27, 2025, decided on the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2024, amounting to 0.04395 euro (gross) per share. This amount is subject to a 5% withholding tax, so shareholders will receive a net amount of 0.0417525 euro per share, after the applicable deduction.

As of Thursday, June 19, 2025, the dividend ex-date, the company's shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to receive a dividend. Entitled shareholders will be those registered in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on Friday, June 20, 2025 (record date).

The dividend payment date is set for Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The dividend will be paid through the paying bank Alpha Bank S.A. as follows:

1. Through the Participants in the DSS (Banks and Brokerage Firms) of each beneficiary, in accordance with the DSS Operating Regulation and the relevant decisions of the Hellenic Central Securities Depository (EL.K.A.T.).

2. In cases of dividend payments to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose securities are kept in the Special Account of their Share in the DSS, under the management of ATHEXCSD, payment will be made after the completion of the heirs' legal verification process.

The dividend payment process via Alpha Bank S.A.'s network will remain in effect for one (1) year from the payment date (i.e., until June 25, 2026).

After June 25, 2026, dividend payments for the fiscal year 2024 will only be made through the CompanyΆs offices.
