Notification of information as per Law 3556/2007

G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Spyridon Tasoglou, that on the 1st of September 2014, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Spyridon Tasoglou holds in the Company, fell below the threshold of 10% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 10,04%   to 9,88% of the total voting rights in the Company.
