COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces that its Board of Directors decided today to recommend to the 8th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting the distribution of remaining dividend for the fiscal year 2004 of an amount of euro 189,511,605.00 (? 0.57 per share). It is noted that a total consideration of euro 299,228,850.00 (? 0.90 per share) was distributed to the up to 28.2.2005 registered shareholders, as retained earnings of previous fiscal years and as interim dividend for the fiscal year 2004 .
