Pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007, and following relevant notification received from Piraeus Bank on 26 May 2015, Trastor Real Estate Investment Company (hereinafter “the Company”) informs the investing public that on 25 May 2015 Piraeus Bank acquired   353.745 shares issued by the Company and following such acquisition Piraeus Bank owns now 43.599.311 shares issued by the Company and 43.646.957 voting rights, in which 47.646 voting rights exercised pursuant to shares pledge agreements are included. The total percentage of voting rights of Piraeus Bank amounts to 79,52% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The voting rights of Piraeus Bank attached to shares issued by the Company, as of the prior notification received by Piraeus Bank, amounted to 76,43% of the total voting rights of the Company.
