TERNA ENERGY SA discloses, according to L. 3556/2007 and by virtue of a relevant notification by the shareholder GEK TERNA SA, that on December 4, 2014 a modification of over 3,00% in the direct voting rights it holds, took place.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights prior to the transaction:

Direct participation of GEK TERNA SA: 50,184,233 shares, namely a percentage of 45.9081%.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights following transaction:

Direct participation of GEK TERNA SA: 45,051,059 shares, namely a percentage of 41.2124%.

Therefore, the percentage of the voting rights of GEK TERNA S.A. changes by a percentage of more than 3%.
