TERNA ENERGY SA discloses, according to L. 3556/2007 and by virtue of a relevant notification by the shareholder GEK TERNA SA, that on December 10, 2013 a modification of 3,00% in the direct voting rights it holds, took place.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights prior to the transaction:

Direct participation of GEK TERNA SA: 53,463,665 shares, namely a percentage of 48.9081%.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights following transaction:

Direct participation of GEK TERNA SA: 50,184,233 shares, namely a percentage of 45.9081%.

Therefore, the percentage of the voting rights of GEK TERNA S.A. changes at a percentage equal to 3%.
