More specifically, Mr. Loumpounis bought on the 24th of October 2011 2.950 shares of total value 1.946,90 € and on the 25th of October 2011 10.610 shares of total value 6.982,05 €.  This announcement is made in compliance with article 13 of L 3340/2005, articles 3 and 21 of L. 3556/2007 and the decisions of the HCMC 3/347/2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007 and after a notification received on 26.10.2011.
