According to Article 24 Paragraph 2 of Law 3461/2006, it is notified that MICHANIKI S.A. which has submitted obligatory public offer for the purchase of securities from the shareholders of BALKAN EXPORT S.A. company, proceed to the purchase of 15.000 common shares of BALKAN EXPORT S.A. at the Athens Stock Exchange meeting of January 26, 2007 at the total value of 44.090 euros, with average purchase price at 2,9393 euros per share (Maximum price at Euro 2,95 and minimum price at Euro 2,91) thus increasing its participation in the share capital of BALKAN EXPORT S.A. from 50,7362% to 50,8107%.
