The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., informs that the company MORGAN STANLEY through its disclosure as of 30.01.2007 towards NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., announces that on 25.01.2007 its indirect and total percentage of participation in the company, controlled through its subsidiary companies MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INTERNATIONAL LTD and MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK, was altered through the purchase of shares of the company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., in accordance with articles 7 and 8 of PD 51/92 as follows: a) increase in the indirect participation through the subsidiary company MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK from 4.820% to 5.237%, b) maintenance of the indirect participation through the subsidiary company MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INTERNATIONAL LTD. to 0.063% and c) increase in its total participation over the company''s total voting rights from 4.884% to 5.301%, while the direct participation over the company''s total shares and voting rights remained null.
Furthermore, MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INTERNATIONAL LTD. maintains in its possession shares for itself, whereas MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK maintains shares on account of its clients, of whom no one exceeds 5%.
