On 29 September 2005 Intracom S.A. published in the Official Daily Bulletin of the Athens Exchange (through the website of the Athens Exchange, ATHEX) its intention to make a public offer to the shareholders of the company listed on the ATHEX with the name Hellenic Telecommunications and Telematics Applications Company FORTHnet S.A. (FORTHnet) according to the details stated in the relevant announcement.

On 29 September 2005 we held 3,113,874 shares with voting rights representing 18.48% of the share capital of FORTHnet. The non-executive member of the Board of Directors of FORTHnet, Constantine Gonticas, is a 'person acting in concert' with us (as this is defined in article 1 of the decision of the Capital Markets Commission 2/258/5.12.2002) and from 22 September 2005 he holds 6,650 shares with voting rights representing 0.039% in the share capital of FORTHnet.

In light of the above and pursuant to article 17 of the decision of the Capital Markets Commission 2/258/5.12.2002 (Government Gazette B 19/16.01.2003), we would like to inform the Capital Markets Commission and the ATHEX that on 30 September 2005 we acquired 125,000 shares with voting rights representing 0.742% in the share capital of FORTHnet for the amount of euro 999,975. In addition, on 03 October 2005 we acquired 770 shares with voting rights representing 0,005% in the share capital of FORTHnet for the amount of euro 6,175.40.
